Payment Method

International Computer currently accepts PayPal payment and all major credit cards through paypal.Payment must be received within seven (7) days after close of auction. Unpaid auction will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with PayPal to recover the closing fees of the auction.

Shipping Policy

All orders are automatically processed and sent to your PayPal confirmed address; no other addresses may be specified. Shipping is for the Continental US only. HI, PR, AK, and Virgin Island will be higher. Please email us for shipping & handling. For P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO address, please select USPS Priority Mail. Items will be shipped out within 2-3 business days after we receive the payment. All shipping and handling fee is non-refundable.

We do not provide local pick up or will-call.
Out of Stock Items

We take every possible precaution to ensure that every item for sale on International Computer is in stock and ready to ship. In the unlikely event that you purchase an item that is out of stock, buyer agrees to complete the International Computer 'Cancel Transaction by Mutual Agreement'. Canceling a Transaction by Mutual Agreement will not reflect negatively on the buyer or seller.

Return Policy

All sales are final unless they are found to be damaged by shipping carrier. We must be notified of the situation within 3 days of your receipt. All items come with 21 day store warranty unless advertised differently. After 21 days, the balance of the warranty is carried direct with the manufacturer.A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. No refund after 21 days. Under NO circumstances will any shipping and processing fees be refunded. No returns will be accepted if the original packaging is damaged and/or missing accessories. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charge, Including DOA (defect on arrival) product.

Return Procedures

Please email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.International Computer is not responsible for any merchandise that is not returned in accordance with the following terms:
-We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise.
-Merchandise should be properly packed and insured with the carrier for the full amount of purchase.
-Returned products found to be non-defective upon inspection will be subject to a return shipping charge.
